This Shipping Policy specifies order processing cycle, delivery range, arrival time, freight standard, logistics tracking and package exception handling for orders placed on eliselle.shop, complying with French logistics service specifications. Before placing an order, please read carefully; return related rules can be viewed in the Return and Refund Policy.

1. Order Processing Time All orders will be arranged for packing and delivery within 1‑3 working days after successful payment. Working days definition: Monday to Saturday, excluding French statutory public holidays. Order cutoff time: 6:00 PM CET every day. Orders submitted after the cutoff time will be counted as the next working day for processing. During large promotions and holiday periods with surging orders, the processing cycle will be appropriately extended. We will send an email notification in advance if the delay is obvious.

2. Delivery Service Scope At present, we only provide delivery services for mainland France. Postal boxes, French overseas territories and international cross‑border addresses are temporarily not supported. Please confirm that your delivery address is complete, detailed and accurate before payment.

3. Estimated Total Delivery Duration Total delivery time = order processing time + logistics transit time Standard delivery within mainland France: Processing: 1‑3 working days Transit: 3‑6 working days Total estimated arrival: 4‑9 working days

The above time is only a reference estimate, excluding Sundays and French public holidays. Delays caused by carrier backlog, bad weather, address errors and force majeure are not within our scope of guarantee.

4. Shipping Cost Standard We provide free standard delivery for all orders delivered to mainland France by default, no additional logistics fee will be charged. If there are special freight adjustments during activities, the specific amount will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment.

5. Logistics Tracking Inquiry After the package is delivered by the logistics company, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and inquiry link. Logistics information needs 24‑72 hours to be updated synchronously in the carrier system. If the track cannot be queried temporarily, please wait patiently.

6. Cooperative Logistics Suppliers We cooperate with formal French postal services and professional private logistics companies for distribution, and will match the most suitable delivery channel according to commodity attributes.

7. Wrong or Incomplete Delivery Address You are responsible for filling in correct delivery information, including full name, detailed street address, apartment number, postal code, contact phone number. If delivery fails or the package is returned due to wrong address filled by yourself, please contact us to solve it. Once the order enters the packing and delivery link, address modification cannot be guaranteed.

8. Lost, Delayed or Unreceived Packages If the logistics status shows delayed, lost or marked as delivered but you have not received the package, please contact us with your order number and tracking code. We suggest you check the doorway, mailbox, neighbors, property management and household members first. After confirming the package is lost by the logistics provider, we will arrange re‑delivery or full refund for you according to the actual situation.

9. Failed Delivery and Returned Parcels The package will be returned to our warehouse due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, address errors or your refusal to sign for receipt. We will contact you to confirm the subsequent plan. If you need to resend due to personal address errors, the secondary shipping cost shall be borne by you.

10. Damaged and Wrong Goods Upon Receipt Please unpack and inspect the goods immediately after receiving the package. If the goods are damaged, defective or inconsistent with your order, please email hello@eliselle.shop within 48 hours, attach order number and clear photos of package and goods for verification, and we will handle it in accordance with the return policy.

11. Order Modification and Cancellation If you need to change commodity specifications or cancel the order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Once the order is delivered, modification and cancellation cannot be accepted.
